This multi-layered, Juniper-laden gin is richly reminiscent of the Mexican cuisine that inspired it.Avocado Leaf adds a sweet, subtle mix of anise and liquorice, which is bolstered by a raft or warming woody spices like Angelica Root, Cassia Bark and punchy Epazote.There is an underlying citrus freshness from the use of Lime Peel, Mexican Oregano and Coriander that makes this a complex, invigorating gin.For the perfect serve, we suggest adding tonic, garnish with fresh coriander stems and a wheel of lime.
