Boots High Strength Vitamin C + Vitamin D, 60 TabletsWhat does it do?Combining both Vitamins C and D together, this high strength supplement provides dual action immune support in one tablet. Vitamin C is water soluble and is only stored in the body in small amounts, whilst Vitamin D is mainly obtained by sunlight, so a regular intake is important to support a healthy immune system.  The UK Department of Health recommends taking a daily supplement containing 10ug of Vitamin D.
Free from Artificial Colours, Flavours and Preservatives. Lactose Free.

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over. Suitable for Vegetarians.

Take 1 tablet a day with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the daily dose.
