All our grapes come from California - more precisely in the case of our Cabernet Sauvignon, from the northern interior of California, with a mix of warm and cool climate sites, each site bringing something different to the blend. The vines are planted in well drained soils.

The wine is fermented for approximately 10 days at moderate temperature in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged for 5 months using French and American oak, to give it the signature Bread & Butter wine style.
