Our customers our concerned about their environmental footprint. And so are we. That’s why we’re excited to announce that at Brentingby Distillery we have embraced sustainable energy.
Ayanda, is like any gin still, needs energy to make her magic! To us, this has to be from a sustainable source. Having a wind turbine in the farm next door is pure serendipity.
We are therefore proud to announce that from this point forward Brentingby Gin will be powered by wind energy.
Brentingby
Honouring the concept of handcrafting has been key to the creature of Brentingby gin, a name adopted from the quaint hamlet within which the distillery is nestled, close to the town of Melton Mowbray. The distillery itself sits in the middle of the British countryside where botanicals such as Rosehip, Elderflower and Birch grow wild, which has inspired not just the initial release of Brentingby Gin but will influence further recipes and releases going forwards.

Aroma
- Pine and citrus with white pepper spirituous spice and coriander. The rooibos, baobab and hibiscus contribute subtle fruit rea and floral aromas.
Taste
- A creamy mouthfeel with notes reminiscent of strawberries and cream. A piney juniper-led classically-styled gin first with the subtle floral fruity flavours contributed by the rooibos, baobab and hibiscus being very secondary.
