For the past 30 years the Alejandro brothers have been curing some of Spain's finest chorizos in Logroño, the capital of La Rioja. They work in partnership with local pig farmers and select the best cuts of pork, cheek, shoulder and belly, to create chorizos with the perfect flavour and texture. The meat is combined with oak-smoked paprika from Extremadura, garlic and salt to create an outstanding, natural chorizo.
