Preparation and Usage
Savour over ice, or marry with classic Indian tonic and a belt of fresh orange peel for an outrageously moreish G&T.

Port Gin Old Fashioned
50ml Port Barrel Gin
20ml sugar syrup
4 dashes of Regan's Orange Bitters
Method
Stir all the ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice. Strain into a nice tumbler over one large ice cube. Garnish with a coin of orange peel spritzed over the drink. Pow.
