A multi-award winning, 36 month Vintage Cheddar with an intensely rich, complex flavour and crunchy texture.
This is the true hero of the cheeseboard. Try serving with chutney, nuts, grapes and crackers. Excellent with Cornish ale or brandy for an after-dinner treat.
Designed to deliver a slightly crunchy texture; this is due to the formation of naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals which are found in high quality aged cheddars. These appear as white flecks, developing further as the cheese matures, enhancing both the character and the mouthfeel of the cheese.
Davidstow film is not currently recyclable by local authorities, but we're working on it. In the meantime, please recycle your cheese film packaging through Terracycle®'s alternative recycling solution.
