Vinification details
This vineyard is at a moderate altitude, typically around 300 meters above sea level. The training of the vineyard is in pergola system with spur pruning to create a large leaf area and shading the fruit zone creating airflow, and grape quality. The yield has an average of 30 ton per hectare.
This wine was fermented in stainless steel in a reductive fashion to ensure the wines are bright and fresh. It is carefully crafted with a vegan and vegetarian friendly approach. No malolactic fermentation has taken place to preserve the natural freshness of the wine and deliver maximum crispness of flavour and finish.
