This sparkling wine comes from the historic Marques de la Concorida producer, originating from an estate founded as a monastery in the nineteenth century. The winery has been producing quality cavas since 1882 in the Alt Penedès region near Barcelona. This organic Cava reflects the unique terroir situated at 1,500 ft altitude, benefiting from protection against northern winds by the Montserrat massif.
