Preparation and Usage
Our Free and Easy Middle Eastern Style Flatbread Mix is easy to prepare and utterly delicious. Simply mix the ingredients, and roll into shape and cook and enjoy a wonderful 'free from treat'!

What You'll Need:
1 Sachet of Yeast (7g)
150ml Warm Water
1 Non-stick Frying Pan
1 Rolling Pin
10ml Olive Oil
Greaseproof Paper/Baking Parchment
Extra Flour (for kneading)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Empty the contents of your Free and Easy Flatbread Mix into a bowl
2. Add the Yeast, Olive Oil and water and stir until the mixture all comes together
3. Knead on a lightly dusted surface until a soft ball of dough is formed. Return to the mixing bowl and cover and leave to rise in a warm area for 30 minutes
4. Knock back the dough and form into 6-8 balls
5. Take one of the balls and sandwich between some baking parchment/ Greaseproof Paper and roll out to your required thickness (approximately 5mm)
6. Heat the frying pan so that it is hot, peel the flatbread off the greaseproof paper and put straight into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
7. While still hot dive in!
