This 100% raw, unpasteurised and unfiltered light coloured, set honey has a soft mellow taste. A polyfloral honey produced from the nectar gathered from a variety of spring flowers, the majority coming from the blossoms of the local fruit farms in the local Perthshire area of which our bees help pollinate to produce healthy crop yields. A delicate, mild palate with a buttery texture that melts in the mouth with a long, sweet tangy finish that bursts with fruit. Traditionally gathered using artisan methods, never heated over the normal temperature of the hive and bottled by hand.
