Our steaks are portioned to a size that suits the richness provided by the marbling in our beef, as you can have too much of a good thing. In order to portion our steaks to this weight it does mean the steaks can be thin due to the size of wagyu cattle, but when cooking in a very hot pan, the marbling will still enable a fabulous sear/char to the steak whilst being able to still serve to a medium rare steak

Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date, see front of pack. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month of freezing. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Remove all packaging. Allow steaks to breathe for 10 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan on a high heat, add steak and seal each side for 1 minute, reduce to medium heat and turn occasionally during cooking. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
