xThe Kasumi Damascus series is made from 32 layers of Damascus steel with a VG-10 core, a high carbon steel for durability and ease of sharpening. Each knife is bevelled with a 15-degree angle, creating an extremely sharp edge. Each knife is finished off with a perfectly fitting Pakkawood handle which closely resembles wood but is more hard-wearing.
The 17cm Nakiri knife has a straight blade edge and squared tips, enabling quick and precise chopping. Ideal for chopping carrots and other hard vegetables.
