xKong Yen is a Taiwanese food manufacturer, originally established by Japanese immigrants, and who regularly collaborates with Japanese companies to produce Japanese-style products. Mirin is a type of rice wine and a common ingredient in Japanese cooking. It is similar to sake but with a lower alcohol content and higher sugar content. The rich sweetness of Kong Yen's Mirin can eliminate bad odours in dishes. It can also be used to tenderize meats and enhance the colour of dishes. Simply adding a few drops of Mirin can make your dishes incredibly delicious. Once opened, keep refrigerated for future use. The large bottle is 500ml.
