To Poach on the Hob from Chilled:
Total Cook Time: 8-9 minutes
Remove all packaging.
Simmer in 1 inch of water in a pan over a medium heat.
Add the haddock fillet, skin side down in pan.
Simmer for 8-9 minutes. Do not boil. Take care that the pan does not boil dry.
Drain. Serve immediately.
To Cook in a Conventional Oven or Fan Oven from Chilled:
Total Cook Time: 21-23 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C, Gas 6, Fan 180°C.
Remove all packaging.
Wrap the haddock loosely in aluminium foil and place on a baking tray at the top of the oven.
Cook for 21-23 minutes.
Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date: see front of pack. Once opened, eat within one day. This haddock has previously been frozen and returned to a chilled temperature. Freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully in a fridge overnight. Don't refreeze once defrosted.
