Caribbean Style Cod - Serves 2
You will need
2 cod fillets, 2 tsp of coconut & lime seasoning,
2 tbsp olive oil, 10g unsalted butter, optional
Method
1. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the cod.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan to a medium heat.
3. Add the cod & cook for 7 mins turning once until golden brown.
4. For a luxurious finish, add 10g of unsalted butter to the pan and baste.
5. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
