Spiralotti (from the Italian for \small spiral\) is shaped and drawn through an authentic bronze die for a perfectly rough texture, with a spiral shape ideal for capturing indulgent sauces. Ideal to create the perfect base for al forno bakes & salads, or simply add a generous serving of flavoursome pesto.
Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. 8-10 mins
Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently.
Do not cover the pan.
Drain and return pasta to pan.
