Sage and Red Onion Stuffing
Serves 8
Preparation: 10 mins
Cooking: 25 mins

You Will Need
1 x packet sage & red onion stuffing mix
100g unsalted butter
(or vegan alternative)
400ml boiling water

Method
Preheat oven to 210C/Fan 190C/Gas 6
1. Empty contents of the sachet into a bowl.
2. Add 400ml of boiling water with 1/2 of the butter (or vegan alternative) and mix well. Allow to stand for 5 mins.
3. Place the stuffing in a greased ovenproof dish. Dot the remaining butter (or vegan alternative) over the top.
4. Bake for 25 mins or until golden brown.
Alternatively, use all the butter (or vegan alternative) in the stuffing, roll into balls and bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
Cook's Tips: For a more luxurious stuffing add sausage meat to the mix before baking.
