Cover with clear glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at 15-20ºC and keep moist. Seedlings appear 14-21 days. Transplant to 15cm pots of compost, place in a light airy location. All year round. Pick the leaves as required. When cooking, add leaves at the last minute to retain maximum flavour.
