Preparation and Usage

Stir Fry Meal Suggestion:

Cook rice cakes according to the instruction on the reverse of the label. Stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack. Add stir fry sauce and continue to cook until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.

Broth Meal Suggestion:

Cook rice cakes according to the instruction on the reverse of the label. In a hot wok add protein and stir fry until lightly browned, add veg and stir fry as stated on pack.

Separate the stir-fried ingredients into two bowls, pour over the heated broth and rice cakes. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.

These rice cakes may have a light dusting of flour on them. This will disappear once cooked.

Cooking guidelines

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking

Cook separately from the rest of the stir fry dish.

Guide for one pack only.

Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 6 mins

Remove all packaging. Add broth to a saucepan.

Bring broth to a rolling boil on medium/high heat and add rice cakes. Reduce heat and simmer for 6 mins.

Serve immediately. Check food is piping hot.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 5 mins

Preheat pan on a high heat for 1 min. Add 4 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of oil.

Add rice cakes to the pan and stir. Reduce to medium heat. Cook for 5 mins. Stir occasionally.

For more colour on the rice cakes, cook a little longer before adding the rest of the stir fry ingredients.
