Instructions
Hob - For 1 serving add 100ml of water to a pan and bring to the boil, add 300g of bulgur wheat and couscous mix. Stir and cover. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until most of the water has been absorbed and the bulgur wheat and couscous are tender. Remove from the heat and drain any excess water. Stand for 2 minutes and then separate gains with a fork and use as required
