Preparation and Usage
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING
For making cakes, pure, smoothie or jams
DEFROSTING
For fruit salads or to eat directly.
Fridge: Spread the raspberries out in a single layer on a suitable dish and leave to defrost for 5 h.
Microwave oven (defrost setting - 150W): Place the raspberries on a suitable dish and defrost on the defrost setting. For 225 g > 10 min - For 450 g > 16 min. Then, leave to rest in the fridge for approximately 15 min before consuming.
