Preparation and Usage
Defrosting: Fridge: Remove a roll of puff pastry from its packaging and place it in its plastic film in the fridge for 4 hours 30 minutes. Leave to rest for a few minutes at room temperature (20C) before cooking.
Cooking time: 18 to 20 minutes. Oven: After defrosting, remove the plastic film and unroll the pastry. Place the pastry and its sheet of baking paper in your mould. Press down on the base and the sides. Prick the base with a fork.
