Preparation and Usage
Add some crispy potatoes, seasonal vegetables and lashings of gravy for the perfect roast dinner!
Instructions
Oven cook - From Frozen. Remove outer carton and inner cardboard tray.
55 min
Do not remove film and leave metal end clips in place. Pierce the film around the roast at least 6 times with a sharp knife ensuring that the film is fully pierced. Preheat oven and a deep baking/roasting tray to 220C/Fan 200C/Gas 7.
Cook on the middle oven shelf for 55 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and stand for 5 mins. Remove outer film and metal end clips, carve and serve.
Caution: Product, Film & Clips will be hot.
