The ultimate adrenalin experience! After a twenty five minute nail biting plane ride to reach the required altitude, the roar of the engines softens and you realise your time has come, it 's now or never as you are over the drop zone. What follows is a freefall where you will reach speeds of around 120mph strapped securely to a qualified instructor. At 5000ft the instructor deploys the parachute and you float gently into the landing zone. Voucher valid for one person. Jump height varies and is dependant on the location. Your experience includes a tandem skydive with full equipment hire and safety briefing. Availability varies depending on location. Weight limits will vary between centres, please check with your chosen location for details. You will be required to complete and sign a 'Declaration of Fitness' (this will be provided when your booking is confirmed), if you are unable to self-declare these forms, you are required to take form 115b to your doctor to sign. You may also need a 'British Skydiving Declaration of Fitness Form 115' if you have any existing medical conditions (please enquire when booking). Minimum age is 16 years, for under 18's a separate signed letter of consent from a parent or guardian will be required before training commences. Unless you and your Doctor have obtained the prior approval of the Medical Advisor to British Skydiving you will need to pay a compulsory British Skydiving membership fee of approximately £25 on the day of your experience. All dates are subject to availability. Following a short pre-jump briefing you will be provided with a skydivers jump suit to go over your clothes (you should wear comfortable clothing such as a track suit and trainers). Then after fitting a tandem parachute harness (and appropriate headgear and goggles) the jump plane will take 20-25 minutes to reach the required altitude - then it's out in to the blue!
