Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray, ensuring fillets are evenly spaced. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Oven cook from chilled. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. 20 mins. As the natural size and thickness of the fish may vary and the performance of cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: other
To pan fry from chilled but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the fish to the pan skin side down and reduce to a medium heat. During cooking: Turn occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry from chilled. Moderate/High heat. 12 mins.
