Cooking guidelines

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6-8 mins

Needs cooking. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Remove all packaging.

Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Place fish in pan, skin side down.

Fry over a medium heat.

Turn once.

Do not reheat.

Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
