Preparation and Usage
Cooking Suggestion: Indonesian Rendang Curry (Serves 3-4) Heat up cooking oil in frying pan. Stir-fry 400 g diced beef. Add in 80 g (5 tbsps) of Woh Hup Indonesian Rendang Curry paste along with 150-200 ml water. Stir and simmer until meat is tender and gravy is nearly dry. Add in 15 g coconut cream powder or creamed coconut and 2 tsps desiccated coconut. Stir well. Serve hot.
