Preparation and Usage:

Instructions for Use: While pad is still in sleeve, fold it in half top to bottom until you hear a popping sound. Shake slightly to commence cooling. Tear open sleeve and remove pad. Peel off paper strip to reveal adhesive and place into underwear.
