Most orders arrive in the UAE within 5–9 business days. Orders are dispatched from the UK warehouse within 24 hours and tracked end-to-end to any address in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other Emirates.

The UAE applies 5% VAT and customs duty on imports above AED 1,000. Smaller personal-use orders generally clear without additional fees. Where duties or VAT apply, they're calculated transparently at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.

If something arrives damaged, expired or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund or replace at no cost. For change-of-mind returns on non-perishable items, contact support and we'll arrange a return.

No, duties and taxes are not included in our shipping charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery.

Delivery times vary by region. UK is 1–3 business days, Europe/USA is 5–9, and rest of the world is 7–14 days. Remote locations may take 1–3 days more, and customs may cause additional delays.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If a return is needed, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
