Yes. Norway isn't in the EU (it's in the EEA), so Brexit didn't fundamentally change UK-to-NO shipping — Norwegian customs has always processed UK parcels. We handle the import paperwork; you receive the parcel without surprise charges from Posten or Tolletaten.

Yes — for Norwegian addresses we operate DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Norwegian VAT (Merverdiavgift / MVA — 25% standard, 15% on most foods, 12% on books) and any customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout via the VOEC scheme, so Posten won't ask for additional payment on delivery.

British biscuits — McVitie's Digestives, Hobnobs, Jaffa Cakes, Penguin and Club bars — aren't reliably stocked in Rema 1000, Kiwi, Coop or Meny. Iceland UK stores in Norway carry a limited range. mcGrocer ships the full UK biscuit aisle direct from British retail to every Norwegian address.

Iceland UK shops in Norway stock a small selection of Cadbury and Walkers, but Norwegian supermarkets generally don't. We ship authentic UK Cadbury Dairy Milk (and the full chocolate range), Walkers Cheese & Onion, Prawn Cocktail and Roast Chicken crisps, Yorkshire Tea Red, Gold and Decaf, plus PG Tips and Tetley — direct from British retail.

The Norwegian climate is generally chocolate-friendly year-round, but during summer months we pack heat-sensitive items with insulated liners and dispatch on tracked shipping to minimise time in transit. If chocolate ever arrives damaged, we replace or refund — no questions asked.

If something arrives damaged, expired, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund or replace at no cost. For change-of-mind returns on non-perishable items, contact support and we'll arrange a return label — Norwegian consumers have the standard 14-day Angrerett.

Yes. We ship beauty advent calendars (Charlotte Tilbury, Jo Malone, Liz Earle, Cult Beauty), chocolate advent calendars (Cadbury, Galaxy, Lindt UK), and luxury British Christmas food hampers to Norway. Order by mid-November to guarantee Christmas delivery.

Yes — we operate DDP for Norwegian orders via the VOEC scheme. MVA and any customs duties are calculated upfront at checkout, so there are no surprise fees from Posten on delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website (Posten handles the final leg in Norway).

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If a return is needed, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
