Storage: Keep frozen below -18ºC to maximise shelf-life, or can be kept in the refrigerator at 5ºC or below for up to 5 days.
Preparation and Usage: Cooking instructions are for 6 cocktail size patties. For best results, always cook from frozen. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180ºC/Fan, 160ºC/Gas Mark 4. Place patties on a pre-heated baking tray and cook for 15 mins. Air Fryer: Pre-heat to 170ºC. Cook for 6-7 minutes. Microwave: 800 watts 45 seconds - 1 min 10 seconds.
