Import Requirements
Orders are shipped internationally from the United Kingdom, and import requirements vary by destination.

By placing an order, you confirm that:
• The items in your order are permitted for import into your country
• You will comply with any applicable local laws and regulations
• You are the Importer of Record, meaning you are responsible for ensuring that your order complies with all local import rules and requirements.

Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:

• Customs clearance or processing fees

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in your order total. Payment may be required before delivery.

Customs Inspections
International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities.
Customs procedures and clearance decisions are outside McGrocer's control and may occasionally result in delivery delays.

Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by customs authorities, returned due to import restrictions, or not accepted by the recipient:
• Shipping and courier charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping and handling fees may apply
• Shipments destroyed or confiscated by authorities may not be eligible for refund

Some items require specialised courier documentation and handling (£87 courier handling fee may apply).

McGrocer ships ambient (shelf-stable) goods only.
We do not ship refrigerated or frozen products.
Transit conditions may affect temperature-sensitive items.

Order Processing
Orders typically begin processing shortly after checkout.
Once product sourcing has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
