The most important wine made in Lebanon, this flagship red wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsaut that's been aged for one year in French oak and then rested in the cellars for at least three years before release. The 2001 vintage is defined by a rich, warm hue with a smoky nose full of spices and fruits. On the palate, mixed berries are underpinned with the festive spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
