3-Ply Stainless Steel Care: Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. For any interior with a non-stick cooking surface, rub a film of vegetable, rapeseed, or sunflower oil with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with. Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Silicone tools or wooden/heat resistant plastic tools are recommended. For best results, use an appropriately sized hob ring for even cooking and to reduce the risk of damage to the product. Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage. Oven and grill safe up to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling. Always use oven gloves when handling hot products. Allow product to cool before cleaning. Clean with non-abrasive washing tools. Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe, handwash recommended.
