It has a straw yellow colour with golden hints, fruity with scents of apple, peach, and a fine and persistent perlage. Fresh and crispy.
Best served as an aperitif, or ideal with light meals, salads, fish, pasta dishes, pizza, seafood, poultry, lamb. Good for any relaxing moment. Serve chilled.
Country of origin: Italy. Storage: Sparkling wines should be stored in a cool and dry place away from light and heat. Ideal temperature is 13-15 degrees C.
Warning: Sparkling wines contain high natural pressure. Do not allow bottles to get warm. Chill before opening and avoid shaking. Point bottle away when removing cork.
