xAcacia honey is considered the sweetener par excellence. It has an extremely soft taste and its vanilla and light aromas give it a pleasantly delicate creamy flavour of sugared almonds. This very fine honey has a transparent to pale straw yellow colour with slightly floral notes of new wax and cooked pear.
The production area for this honey are the regions of Abruzzo, Lombardy and Piedmont. Ingredients: 100% Organic Raw Italian Honey.
