Aguaribay is the typical tree and thus the emblem of the Mendoza region. In this same region, at an altitude of 1100m at the foot of the Andes, vineyards are planted with the Malbec varietal. The remarkable softness of the tannins and expressive fruit aromas make it ideal with meat and cheese.
