Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened consume as soon as possible.
Preparation and Usage: Bring water to a boil and add udon noodle. For cold noodle, cook for 4 miniutes then rinse in water, drain well and serve. For hot noodle, cook for 4 minutes and rinse in warm water, drain well and serve with hot soup.
