Shopping List: 2 Eggs per person 100g Feta cheese 2 Tbsp of freshly chopped parsley. Heat the sauce in a pan and simmer for 5 mins. Make dips with a spoon in the pan and crack the eggs into each dip. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 7 mins or until the eggs are fully cooked. Serve with Al'Fez flatbread and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and crumbled feta.
