Preparation and Safety
Feeding Guidelines
Depending on the age, activity level and condition of your dog, the feeding guidelines will need to be adjusted.
Pregnant females: gradually increase during last four weeks of gestation up to 40% over normal adult requirement.
Lactating females: offer two to three times normal adult requirement.
Puppies: feed up to twice normal adult requirement from four to fourteen months in two to three feedings.
When switching foods, gradually increase new food and decrease previous food.
Always provide fresh water.
