Cooking Guidelines: Microwave - From Ambient : 1. Heat a pan of oil. 2. Carefully lower one poppadom into the hot oil, ensuring it is fully submerged, and gently press it down with a flat spoon. 3. Fry the poppadom for 3-4 seconds, or until it puffs up and becomes crispy. 4. Carefully remove the poppadom from the oil and place it on absorbent paper to drain any excess oil. 5. Serve the fried poppadoms, now crispy and delicious. These instructions are only given as a guide and are based on an 800W microwave. Appliances do vary so please adjust the cooking time accordingly. 1. Lightly brush one side of the poppadom with vegetable oil. 2. Next, place the poppadom in the microwave. 3. Microwave on high for approximately 1 minute. 4. The poppadom will expand and become crisp on cooling.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container for up to 1 week, out of direct sunlight.
