Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Ambient: Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stir frequently, do not boil.
Microwave - From Ambient: (800w, Cat E 2min): Empty contents into a microwaveable container. Cover, heat on full power for 1 min. Stir, re-cover, heat on full power for a further 1 min.
