Deliciously thin biscuits which melt in the mouth. Baked using the finest ingredients. It is 1929 and in the Swedish kitchen of Anna Karlsson, where our story begins. Anna and her younger sister Emma loved to bake cookies, cakes, muffins to give to friends and family, using their mother's recipes.
Anna's speciality was a fine biscuit, rich in flavour, which was so delicious and exquisite that it melted in the mouth. The biscuits grew in popularity and became known as the Anna's Thins.
Today, Anna's Thins are based on the original family recipe used in 1929 combining traditional spices such as ginger, cinnamon and cloves. The exact recipe however, remains a closely guarded secret!
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume within 3 months.
Cooking guidelines: Traditionally Thins are served with tea or coffee, but they are delicious by themselves or as a complement to ice cream or desserts.
