Winemaking: After growing our grapes in the vineyard for a full season, we harvest the fruit and craft a premium full-strength Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine. Then using advance technology spinning cone technology we gently remove the aroma and the alcohol at low temperatures to retain the wine flavour characteristics. The delicate aroma is then added back into the body of the alcohol-removed wine along with a small amount of premium grape juice to round out the final blend. This results in a crisp, refreshing non-alcoholic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine, with low calories.
