Safety Warning: To avoid danger of suffocation keep these bags away from babies, young children and pets. Not suitable for cooking in conventional, combination or microwave ovens. Allow hot food to cool fully before putting it in the bag. Can be used in a microwave for DEFROSTING ONLY, always pierce film at the top of the bag to allow steam to escape. Refer to manufacturers handbook for defrosting and standing times. After emptying the bag check no plastic has stuck to the contents. Do not refreeze food after defrosting.
