Hob - From Ambient : Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat thoroughly over a moderate heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Stir before serving. Microwave - From Ambient : Empty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (800W), 1 minute (900W). Remove cover, stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 1 1/2 minutes (700W), 30 seconds (800W), 30 seconds (900W). Stir before serving. For microwaves with different outputs, refer to your handbook and adjust the heating times accordingly.
