Cooking Guidelines: Hob - From Ambient : Lightly fry 500g diced chicken breast in 15ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil for 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the contents of the pan and simmer gently over a low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
