Cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Frozen: 220°C / 425°F / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 / 23 Mins. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheating baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheating oven.
Air Fry - From Frozen: 180°C / 16 Mins. Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per 2 fillets (220g). Preheat air-fryer. Place in the basket in a single layer. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Best before date applies when stored correctly.
