Cooking Guidelines Oven cook - From Chilled : 190°C / 315°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 35 mins. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir and serve.
Oven cook - From Frozen : 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 55 mins. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes. Remove film lid and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir and serve.
Microwave - From Chilled : 700W 14 mins / 900W 11 mins. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place directly into microwave and heat on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.
Storage Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge and once defrosted consume within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
